Swim Sign-ups! Participation is free. All skill levels welcome. Swim is a unified sport. Athletes (intellectual or developmental disability) and unified partners (non-disabled peers) must be at least 8 years of age to participate. First Methodist Church Gym

Don’t forget about Cheer Sign-Ups! Our younger squad will be Unified so any interested Unified Partners should attend sign ups! Also, if there are enough older adult athletes interested in cheer we can form a new adult team. So anyone interested in cheering or volunteering is encouraged to attend!
